The cultural non-profit kontrapunkt z.ú. has been operating in Hradec Králové since 2005, originally under the name Poco a poco animato. The organisation focuses on development and support of culture, especially performing arts, through two signature festivals (the theatre festival REGIONS, and Jazz Goes to Town). Our projects’ main goal is to engage the residents of Hradec Králové in cultural and social events both in the city and the region, establish professional collaborations with like-minded organisations, and support creative people and projects.
